This could be interesting. Right now soccer seems to be the only true global game. If we could get tournaments set up worldwide ala soccer, it could be good. The only downfall is the NBA season is too long. Fitting 82 games around year round tournaments would be very stressful for the NBA athlete.

Maybe the NBA should have let the WNBA give it a trial run first.

Rockets twitter is a delight. Many of their fans are confused as to why their previously energetic fun team is so emotionless, slow and boring.

We're only 2 games behind them and our schedule is about to soften up in a huge way.

Should we tell them or let them figure it out themselves?

I would trade for this guy.

I'm a huge fan, I was at the game vs the Knicks when he drilled the buzzer beater, the most exciting sports moment I've seen in person.

I am surprised that he isn't fitting in with Jokic better though. I thought he'd thrive there but he's really struggled to find his role. He's still shooting great but he hardly ever shoots. Early in the year I thought it might have been that he and Gordon do similar things only Gordon is superior, so he was facing a big adjustment, but Gordon's been out for a while and Johnson just isn't stepping up.

Jokic is incredible though. He's easily the best player of the current generation, no one else is close.

Same I thought he’d fit better than MPJ. I thought he’d be getting a ton of open 3’s this season.

So, this is where he’s inevitably out for at least a month and then never comes back the same player for the rest of the year injury?

Poor Rockets. How long do they have Durant for? They extended him didn't they? Any way to move him?
