Two Alabama QBs

QB1: 64.1% completion for 3500 yards 28 TDs to 5 Ints Rating 146.5

QB2: 67.3% completion percentage for 3063 yards 28 Tds to 7 Ints Rating 167.2

Ohio State has the top defense in the entire country based on yards per game and points per game. OU is 9th they allowed almost twice as many points as TOSU did.

it was widely reported before the draft. What's your source for him being highly popular?
I’m confident DeBoer would have benched him if he wasn’t popular with the WRs/locker room, especially with how inconsistent he was.

That's an opinion not a source.

I'm not saying Ty Simpson is horrible I am saying on one of the worst Alabama teams in decades if they had a guy standing on the sideline who was better than Milroe they would have played him.

It is the same questions people have about Arch Manning. He sat behind Ewers and no one really thought, or thinks, he was elite.

The only reason Simpson is getting so much attention is the QB crop is so weak this year. Especially after guys like Sellers and Nussmeier, who were more highly rated than Simpson going into the season, flopped this year.
I think Ewers has a chance to be an NFL starting QB. It helps he has McDaniel for a coach. Ewers is another QB who wasn’t as effective after he got hurt. He should be fully ready physically now. He needs training camp as the starter to get the polish needed to see if I’m right.
