No way you trade 23 year old Sengun who is probably the second best big man in the league for GiannisMy prediction is Sengun + Jabari (or Eason) + picks for Giannis.

This is the worst trade I have ever seen posted regarding the Suns.

Well, another way to look at our record is that we are actually 12-5 since our horrible start and that's while missing several players. But regardless, I really don't know how we should proceed from here. Why is that bad?
Dillion Brooks- Role Player
Grayson- Role Player
Mark Williams- Averages 40 games a year
Jalen Green- Legit young asset
KAT- legitimate all star who’s only 30
KAT had 35/5/18 last night. Since the hot start Suns are 4-4 and now we can’t trade Brooks, Grayson and Mark Williams lol

Talent/assets aside, this is terrible because it would gut 2 of the 3 most important people in our defensive turnaround this year in Brooks and Williams for a turnstile that can't guard without fouling. All this momentum that's been built up would be out the door. Why is that bad?

We would be a much worse team after that trade, with much worse prospects for the future. Thats why. I don't want to gut my team for KAT. And "only" 30 is not really all that. He has peaked. His age is wrong for our timeline. Green might be more important for our future than Book at this point, just given their ages. Why is that bad?

I think we don't mess with it right now. We see about getting everyone healthy, keep this team together, let them develop their chemistry, and then evaluate in the off-season regarding what we might need.Well, another way to look at our record is that we are actually 12-5 since our horrible start and that's while missing several players. I really enjoy watching this team play and Dillon is a huge part of why so I kind of agree about him being untradable. And Williams has been huge for us so I'd hate to see him moved too. But the injury history for Williams and the fact that Dillon is playing out of his mind and might soon return to form are real concerns.
That is four of our top 6 players for basically a single guy and a black hole. That is not how you team build when you don't have any picks. Why is that bad?

Yes we did. We learned that if you include all your tradable picks, make sure you don't put any protection on them.Yeah, no thanks. Did we learn NOTHING from the KD trade?

I wouldn’t do that specific trade but I agree that none of these guys are untouchable. Depending on what offers a team might have for Brooks as the seasons goes on will be interesting. I just don’t like a Big-2 of Booker and KAT.Dillion Brooks being untradable? Dillion Brooks?
I see guys bringing up the KD trade this isn’t even close to that. Brooks, Williams and Allen are not prospects anymore we know who all these guys are and they are average at best. Anyone who thinks Brooks is gonna keep dropping 30 or Williams is gonna stay healthy is ridiculous.
I do like Green but if you’re keeping Booker do you need another ball dominant guy in the back court? By the way Green has serious flaws in his game let’s not pretend he doesn’t. I still like him
We gave up legit good prospects in the KD trade none of these guys are better than Bridges or Cam at that point plus we gave up ridiculous draft capital.
KAT is under contract for 2 more years then that’s a lot of money off the books also say you wanna blow it up. KAT and Booker can bring you back a lot more than what we got now. Either way this team ain’t contending. My look it to the future and flipping guys

Looks like you just listed the makeup of a pretty good team construct, but hey lets gut the team for KAT.

Nobody is saying any of them are untradable - they are saying that return is beyond hideous for that collection of players.Right. If you would of told any of us 4 years ago this was gonna be our team this board would of lost it but now untradable ok sure thing
Even then, they have to be fairly young, hungry stars that have a clear pecking order and complement on another.
I really don’t want to go that route again.

Yeah. I don't know if Williams will stay healthy nor do I know if Brooks can continue to be a force on both ends but right now, we're winning in large part due to those two. No one is truly untradable but I can't think of a reason to trade either of them right now unless it makes our future brighter and that Towns deal doesn't.This is a joke right? Has to be.
Well lets start with this - Mark Williams by himself is in my estimation at least 75% as good as KAT and he is 7 years younger and will be able to be resigned at a much smaller number that KAT.
When you take everything into consideration - I would rather have Williams than Kat. That alone is a deal I say no to.
Then lets talk about Brooks. Dillon Brooks scored 33 in his last game as well.
For the year Brooks is averaging 22.3 PPG and KAT is averaging 22.7 PPG and Brooks has changed our entire defensive culture. I seriously would make the argument that Brooks alone is more valuable than KAT to this team.
Jalen Green is also only 23, and has a ton of upside. Call me crazy - but again I would rather have him straight up than KAT.
I mean there is a reason KAT is even available - the Knicks and the TWolves before them don't find him to be all that valuable.
If you truly don't think that is a horrible deal, I don't trust your judgement about anything basketball related.

I agree with this post completely. I just am not that interested in trading anything of much value for KAT.This is a joke right? Has to be.
