As I said, multiple people bring the ball up. Not just a “concerted effort for Oso to be a ball handler”.

When he is on the floor, we certainly are. Watch the games.
There were games Mason Plumlee brought the ball up a lot last year. Oso did the same vs Indiana. It wasn't really unusual. He rebounded and ran for the majority of his trips.
Yes watch the games for others bringing up the ball as well.
