@Crimson Warrior

BTW the reason some are calling for Brissett is that they want to see him in this offense to see if he can open up the downfield passing game

If he can't then more blame goes to the OC

If he can then we know KM is not going through his reads properly

Brissett is not the answer long term, he is fill in
As much as I’m over Murray and vomit at the idea of any future including him, Brisset isn’t an answer long term, short term, sideway term, any term.

I actually think it would be fascinating to see some other QB behind center for us for a few games.

Like CJ Stroud for example. Or Trevor Lawrence.

You know, not a world beater, but someone with a reasonable chance to exceed K1's current production.

Would the offense look a lot better? Or would it still plod along similar to what its doing now?

Anyway. Hope you're otherwise well BHCF, and hopefully we'll be 3-2 after this Sunday! :)

I have zero interest in watching Brissett play QB unless absolutely necessary.

I'm only interested as a science experiment. To see if he can come in and start hitting these deeper routes on time that Kyler can't, or is not willing to.

If Kyler missed a game with a sore toe I wouldn't be mad.

When driving back to St. Louis last Friday the Marvin Harrison question was brought up on most radio channels I was listening to. Saying he needs to 1) play all qtrs of the game like he played the 4th 2) he needs to do extra work because now is going against better defenders than he did in college.

One thing I did notice about Harrison is 1) when they play is not going to him he takes the play off sometimes 2) run blocking needs to improve and 3) he tends to not celebrate on the field with the team if another person scores a TD.

Now for Murray I think Murray needs to be a better leader. Have we ever seen him on the sidelines talking to receivers about mistakes or trying to fire up up the Oline or WR on the sideline. I see other QBs doing that but not Murray.

If I am wrong on any of these observations of Murray and Harrison let me know.
