No, we can't crap talk them. But if we do beat them nobody is going to be impressed. They looked horrible in Jacksonville.

We talk about chunk plays. Our chunk plays have to come on runs like Bensons today or yac, which are far and few in between.
We need to take more deep shots to keep defenses honest but we don’t.
Especially, especially since they lit us up for 37 freaking points a few months ago. Wow!
But, one good thing about JG is that he seems to be restoring our homefield advantage.
This is a game we very much should win.
We had a few of those last season. Rams game 1, Jets, Bears, Patriots, 49ers game 2. In fact, the win against the Rams was sooo good, the HOF wanted Kyler's uniform and its displayed now.

Have you seen us play Carolina over the years?
Some of the OL issues can probably be traced to crowd noise in the Supedome. That noise can really affect OL play.
Playing at home should help the offense line significantly.

Yes they have thumped us. And if we win Sunday everyone will be saying that Carolina sucks butt and our win will mean almost nothing.
I think I am being misunderstood like I am saying we will beat Carolina easily. Of course not, I have lived this team we are never a sure win against anybody. But Carolina was horrible today and will probably be a bad team this year. No reason to pretend they are something they are not.

A. Disappointing Sunday-I know we won, but I have to admit that I was disappointed in the way we played. So, I'm moving on to.....
B. Rationalize Monday-I'm attributing yesterday's performance in part to the fact that our 'starters' hadn't played meaningful football for close to four weeks. And, it showed. And, now it's on to .......
C. Hopeful Tuesday-The Home Opener, with a game under our belts. Fingers crossed.
