The Arizona Cardinals open training camp Wednesday, July 22, at State Farm Stadium, and again will include opportunities for Cardinals fans to attend practice.

The first of the open public practices is Friday, July 24.

The Cardinals begin camp a week early because of their Hall of Fame Game matchup with the Carolina Panthers on Thursday, Aug. 6, in Canton, Ohio, where Cardinals legend Larry Fitzgerald is being inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame two days later.

The team is offering seven open practices to the public, including the Cardinals' annual “Red & White Practice” on Sunday, Aug. 9.

The complete list of open practices:

Friday, July 24: 4-5:45 p.m.

Sunday, July 26: 1:45-3 p.m.

Tuesday, July 28: 4-5:45 p.m.

Wednesday, July 29: 4-6 p.m.

Friday, July 31: 1:45-3:30 p.m.

Monday, Aug. 3: 4-6 p.m.

Sunday, Aug. 9: 4-6 p.m. (Red & White practice)

The Red & White practice is the Cardinals' culmination of training camp and gets as close to a scrimmage as possible.

Fans can enjoy various amenities and activities featuring a QB toss, 40-yard dash and mini-field goal kick.

Parking and admission to the practices will be free, but digital tickets — six maximum — must be reserved to attend camp (visit azcardinals.com/camp).

The preseason schedule continues at Las Vegas on Thursday, Aug. 13, and continues with a home game against the Dallas Cowboys on Saturday, Aug. 22, and a road game in Green Bay on Friday, Aug. 28.

The Cardinals begin the 2026 season on the road against the Los Angeles Chargers Sunday, Sept. 13.
