If there was a season to not be cautiously optimistic, and in a good way, this is the one. Everything is lined up for this team as far as the roster is concerned. Health will be critical but it always is for most teams. Gotta keep Leavitt upright.

You are not wrong. In fact, sadly, history lies more with you than it does me. I keep trying to temper myself for this season and I keep circling back to the high expectations I have for this team.

It's nice for ASU to be in the conversation and they do deserve it after last season, but I'd prefer them hidden, lying in wait.
