Excited to see how this plays out. In my head, I doubt that things outside of, functional AC and a lot of new video boards are legit options given the dynamics of the building, but when I look at how dramatically the Suns managed to upgrade their arena, on a fraction of this price tag, with very similar constraints... and with Robert Sarver running the show, it gives me a lot of optimism.

At worst, I expect it will fix the glaring problems... AC, video screens, general dilapidation, but my guess is that they will follow the a style that the Suns did, removing a lot of seating to open up sightlines, especially around the concourses. Which they should, 50k seats is waaaaaaay too much unless you're the dodgers or yankees.

Baseball is a slow paced sport, especially during the season, opening up the concourses would be massive for the fan experience, and probably their revenues... you could now actually watch the game while waiting in line to order your 12 dollar beer.
