It makes a little sense if Booker is getting traded - but only if you actually believe Green will somehow develop into a good player, which is highly unlikely.
That’s true. If not now ,and moving Booker in the future would make some sense.

If there wasn't a locker room fight last year then there most certainly will be next year if we keep Dillon Brooks.

I don't like Brooks but he does play with a chip on his shoulder and the Suns needed someone like that desperately.

Could Beal and the #10 return anything worthwhile?

This is someone I don't follow. Any thoughts?
He and a guy named Mike Vigil run "the timeline" podcast. They are a great listen if you want weekly, Suns only content.

Not insiders..... Just huge Suns fans. Been going at it for 5 to 8 years now. Very good.

Ishbia for hiring him for sure - If I had any self respect I would quit before I let this deal go down in my name.
sure you would - quit a job you didn't deserve and forfeit the million$ that come with it - because your name - gregory is happy as all hell

I understand. However, they are not among my favorites for Suns news and opinion.

Well you have a point, Gregory would never get another job in the NBA anyway, so he has no reputation to destroy. He knows he is a puppet when he took the job.

The Suns were cooked when they made the trade for Kevin Durant in 2023, so this is nothing new.
The idea is to try and get better, not worse - or at least give yourself a chance to get better. Somehow they managed to strip even more hope away with 1 of only 2 assets we had of any value.

You want to use the #10 pick to dump Beal?

Are you just imagining ways things could get worse?
Wondering if it could return something positive.

Trying to figure out why the suns keep Beal, Book and Green. They are the same player, basically.

The "asset" we lost didn't have the value some of us thought. What matters is the result and we had to settle for a bucket of turds because KD killed a deal to Minnesota that may have allowed us to keep some of the quantity of turds from spoiling the batch.

The Rockets traded for a great clutch shooter to add to their team at a reasonable price. The Suns were never in this position. He should help them.

We are seeing Durant's value at age 36, soon to be 37.

Phoenix expected Durant to help carry the team. That was never in the cards.

An impossibly stupid trade, neither setting us up for now or in the future. Who could have possibly seen this, with a complete neophyte in charge?

Caving to KD when we could have had Butler/Kuminga/picks will go down as one of the dumbest decisions all time.

I haven't felt less hopeful for this franchise in a long time.
