This is a smart move. The 49ers have canceled their joint practices with the Saints this week because they're worried they don't have enough healthy players towww.si.com
It looks like another injury year for the 49ers. This plus the superbowl hangover, I think the division is wide open.

The Falcons get the pass-rush help they need now. And it’s a good return for New England, given that Judon is 32, coming off an injury and in the last year of his deal.The Pats fielded calls on Judon the last couple weeks, with Arizona and Chicago among the teams checking in.

ESPN sources: Bills Pro-Bowl linebacker Matt Milano, who left Tuesday’s practice injured, tore his bicep and now will be out indefinitely. Milano will undergo surgery on his torn bicep with the hope of trying to return later this season, possibly in December.
