It's almost like the colleges are scrambling to finance NIL and the rules have been put on hold. Etiquette has taken a backseat.

Unfortunately, these superconferences are where the game is headed. Add naming rights, NIL etc. there is no stopping it. Teams that don't get in on this are going to be left behind. It's the stark reality of the game today.
