He's not a good player but it's more depth and options at C I guess. Especially through pre season games.

We didn't have a lot of C options for camp. I think Howertson and Gaines (maybe Leccy Smith) were the only other C options which isn't a lot when you have a 90 man roster.

I don’t know how the grading works, but looking at his stats year over year, he used to have a problem with sacks and penalties…since 2020, though, he’s barely had any.

But you expect Froholdt and Gaines to do so well at the Center position

I liked him coming out of Ohio State, but doesn't sound like he's been a very productive pro.
