Suns made a trade with Washington for Oubre and Rivers to come here, Rivers pouted and didn't want to be here. We bought him out and he signed with Houston. Just this year he said he didn't want to be another waived lotto pick and was surprised the Suns waived him. So he went back on things completely. However those who followed the Suns remember he didn't want to come here when the trade went down.
