Seattle is signing LB Mychal Kendricks to its practice squad today, per source. Kendricks returns to his former team with an eye on working his way back to the the Seahawks’ active roster.

I didn't watch much of the game, but I did see that run. I had never thought of him as particularly fast? Don't know what his 40 was at the combine.

I don't think 4.82 seconds equals anything close to 21 mph?

So, apparently, that speed estimate is not an average speed for the distance he traveled, but a single point in that distance? I'm just curious what /how they came up with that speed?

You can run a 6.0 forty and still run 21 miles a hour, it just take them more than 6 seconds to get there

Time over distance. The same was they determine speeding on pit road in Nascar.
