what is your thoughts on this guy? I believe he could be a victim of a dysfunctional front office, but some might say the same thing about Wilks.

a couple things.

The guy is a great play caller. Made Brock and Tannehill look good. And was awesome at chunk plays.

Good resume with QB's.

Still picked Gore over Drake which mystifies me.

I think he will be a coach next year.

Gase/Bowles
or
McCarthy/Bowles

would make me happy.

seriously...... we need to go back to a 3-4. That's my biggest opinion other than needing an offensive mind at Head Coach.

I'm not high on Gase. The Dolphins are a mess, but I don't think he showed anything that makes me believe his any different than the offensive version of Todd Bowles.

We could do far worse, but I'd like the FO to do much more work than just looking at retreads.

IDK? But thats the rumor. Wolf was talking about it earlier.
I think Wolf was saying you couldn't force Bowles as DC on Gase like you could with a retread like Caldwell, not about total control. But I didn't listen all morning, so maybe he did.
