So with Jackson off the board the Atlanta and Dallas trade goes off without a hitch. I imagine they were more concerned with Orlando messing with things. They were taking at PG at 6 and now they're screwed in that regard. They get Bamba or Porter, which isn't a good consolation for a team thinking Doncic or Young.

I don't think that's the case. It was initially said there were various protections on it through the next 5 years.
