1-Another week of poor red zone execution.

2-Another week where the red zone scheme was good however. Ellington, John Brown, and Fitz were open in three separate occassions but were missed.

3-Palmer needs to find a balance between being aggressive and being safe.

4-Chris Johnson looked different today. i wonder if his body is reacting to the workload he has gotten.

5-I am curious to see Ellington's snaps this week. I thought the Cards would use there running backs more even if it was in the passing game.

6-Fitz still looks good.

7-John Brown officially overtook Floyd as the Cards #2 WR.

8-Michael Floyd obviously has a rep for offensive PI penalties. Refs seem to be looking for it.

9-Veldheer has been a little more inconsistent than I thought he would be.

10-Offensive line was ok as a unit today, but not great.

11-It is tough to watch Campbell and not want to see more sacks. That being said, it seemed like he had a good game on first watch.

12-Stinson, Mauro, and Martin all seem to be replaceable bottom of the roster players. I was hoping one of the would step up, but none seem to have the ability to do so.

13-Minter was invisible today.

14-Bucannon flashed some instinct today, seeing gaps and shooting them.

15-Markus Golden was the best OLB on the field today.

16-Woodley and Freeney failed to make any impact that I could see.

17-Peterson seemed to play a little sloppy today, but did not play a bad game by any means.

18-It is funny how Mathieu can be such a good tackler, but then miss some of the tackles that he misses.

19-Powers did not have a good game today.

20-Cat found out how tough kicking in Pitt is.

21-Kickoffs have not been great in terms of depth.

22-Butler was Butler.

23-DC Bettcher has been really bad in the second half of contested ballgames.

24-Cards defense allowed scores on all 5 second half drives by the Steelers.

25-Those drives resulted in 23 points.

26-Cards defense allowed scores in 2 of 5 second half drives by the Rams.

27-Those drives resulted in 14 points.

28-Those 37 combined points are unacceptable.

29-Bettcher should be coaching for his job for the rest of the year because those stats reflect him being just a guy as a DC.

30-Our defense has disappointed me far more than our offense has. Foles and Vick/Jones have carved us up.

All negative and all true

This team believes it's better than it is and when things go bad they don't respond

Steve Keim is a good talent evaluator for the most part, Bruce Arians is an overrated pompous ass, ala Buddy Ryan. Maybe Michael B will figure it out, but I'm not laying money on it

I grew up in Pittsburgh till 18 and joined the Navy. Still know a lot of people there. The stories I've heard and still hear about BA aren't good, and I have no faith the Cardinals will win a SB under his control.

I thought the hold on Veldheer that wiped out the PI was a really tough call. Harrison made a very vet move he dipped under him and then hooked his arm under Veldheers arm and the ref called a hold. It was really obvious on replay.

Way to harsh IMO. I thought the same thing about BA in his first season as our HC. That was when he only had been given one Coach of the year awards but now he has his second and has a 21 and 11 record as our HC.

I'm not down on BA but I am on Bettcher. Team really misses Bowles. Bettcher way over his head.

This team needs to win a game against a formidable opponent. Crushing the likes of the Saints, 49ers, Bears and Lions is not impressive. The two losses speak way louder than the four wins.

So, the ray of hope for Bettcher is that he comes up with very good initial game plans. Where he fails hard is having an answer to when teams figure out those game plans.

Point 31 - terrible officiating like our only other loss!

Not sure how officiating wouldn't be a key point since it cost is the game!

meh...it was poor but you can't make that an excuse. You can't change it, why mention it. Honestly, the 23 2nd half points that were allowed had more to do with it.

Yeah because officiating had nothing to do with them getting those points?? Come on bad calls all day allowed them to score and took scores away from us? It's not even debatable they stole points from us and kept steelers drives alive with terrible calls!

That is finding an excuse for poor play on our part. The officiating didn't help us, but the Cardinals lost the game.

I'll put it another way we didn't get beat, we lost. We didn't help ourselves but clearly the players were dejected and posed we kept getting terrible calls all day. It's hard enough to go into Heinz field and win period when they have to officials too... Well we see what happened!

Not gonna debate you. I will offer this, I'll bet you $100 that the Cardinals don't make the playoffs. You in? I'm good for my money

The Lions game withstanding (they freak'in quit), the offense has had trouble getting into the end zone since the insertion of Iupati into the lineup. "We're going to run the ball" doesn't work when you don't have the scheme or tackle breaking wear them down backs to do it.

Michael Floyd isn't a number one receiver. You expect a guy taken in the first round to be special and he is not.

Palmer wasn't sharp today. Yeah he threw for 400 yards, but he made some bad decisions and missed a bunch of throws.

There are a lot of fair weather fans on this board!
