I think players develop themselves at the NFL level.

Bruce Arians said what I suspected on All or Nothing: in an NFL environment there isn't time to actually develop players. You run so many players through drills and if they don't get it, they don't get it. Very little one-on-one development happens in the NFL.
I for the most part agree with this. A lot of elite players have personal coaches as well.

Ugh...was watching a little bit more of Reese...his tape is very off ball LB. I am not saying he can't be an edge or saying that he may not end up being a more well rounded player than Bailey, but you watch Bailey's tape and you see an edge who is refined rushing the passer. You watch Reese's tape and it is a lot of him playing in space and reacting to what is happening.
This is what I don’t get. He hasn’t played the position he’s being discussed for and he was a one year wonder on the most talented defense in the country. I think he’s a terrible gamble.
