IMO Cardinals have been the best team in the NFL so far this season. Everyone knows their defense is top notch but their offense has been explosive too.

This is the NFL and can never take anything for granted hence the "Any given Sunday" talk but still, looking at the next 4 games, Arizona has a great chance imo of going 8-0 at the very least.

Rams are 1-2 plus on their road tomorrow. Lions are winless and have just looked really bad. Steelers without Ben just isn't a very good team. Baltimore is 1-3 and have not looked that good needed OT to beat Vick-led Steelers team plus they will be on the road. And the Browns are....well, the Browns.

This could be one of the greatest Cardinals teams we've seen. If injuries don't derail, this could be a very special season.

Anything can happen. All that matters is being 1-0 this week.

I don't know about you but on the road against a talented 0-4 team in Detroit is a scary game...

I wouldn't bet on it...we have to survive Rams and by the time we face Pitt Vick will be settled in...they still have Bell and Brown, they can beat anyone. Baltimore is not as bad as their record and it's mostly road games.

No way in hell that any stretch of five games is going to be a "cakewalk". It doesn't matter who the opponents are.

There are no easy games , some opponents do appear to be less difficult than others . There is a reason that I have high confidence in our Cardinals , and I do believe we will be 8 and 0 at the by . I'm very confident because we have kicked the hell out of 3 teams while not playing a single A-Game , I gave us a B- against the Saints , a B against the Bears , and a B against the Niners . We have had far to many sloppy plays throughout the 3 games . If we ever put it all together and play an A game we can be special .

Detroit doesn't look scary one bit. They look like their trying to revert back to their 0-16 days.

One of the biggest surprises of the season so far is Detroit. Their offense is a dumpster fire of a mess. That said, even terrible NFL teams will win 2 to 4 home games during a season.

One game at a time.

Can't afford to look ahead in this league. That's when you get bit.

No such thing as a cakewalk in the NFL

Seriously??? Strange that you also talk like a Suns Fan. I can assure you that the Cardinals are NOT taking any game lightly, (or like a cake walk), because simply put, they can't. They seriously want to win a Super Bowl. This Rams team has played them tougher than their records or talent would allow for over a several year period. They now have an extremely talented defense, capable of putting some serious clamps on even good offenses for a considerable period of a game. I don't know that they have the depth of talent to do it for an entire game, but they will be trying you can rest assured.

Cardinals fans will not be taking any of these games lightly either. Most of us have been waiting for this juncture to come along for many years. We now have the facility, the coaching staff, the front office, the ownership, and a very deep roster to be able to compete with the best. No sooner than the league finds out just how good we are, everyone will be gunning for us. That is life in the NFL. We had better be ready for a walk through Jurassic Park, and not be thinking about cake walks or someone will be feeding us to the raptors.

I like the way you say it. We've both been around long enough to know how things go for the Cards. Not speaking for you here, but this our year--and despite the fact that I've been into the Crown-- we seem to be dominant in almost every aspect of every game. Everyone feel free to correct me when I'm wrong, but this is the first team in my 50 years of of fandom that has been this complete (Coryell years included). Lombardi is ours for the taking, baby.
Also, feel free to worship me when I prove myself right. :D

One of the things I like best about Arians is that he's pretty good at having the team ready to go week in and week out. They may lose some games, but the team is usually ready to play come kickoff time.

Obviously the players and the coaches aren't gonna take any game lightly...they get paid to play and coach every game like it's their last.

We will be ready count on it. I will be there for the first time in two years. We must win. Can't wait for kick off! We have there best coach, the beast offense and the badest defense. Special teams are special. Go Cards!

This franchise is completely different from the past regimes. Arians and Kiem are kicking butt. But I don't like looking ahead. On game at a time...

Does anyone seriously believe that a fan talking about the game influences the outcome? Yeah, I don't want the players to think that way, but a fan does not have to take it "one game at a time". Jeeeezzzz

Big Ben for all we know could be playing against us. I believe Darren Urban made a tweet that the injury may not have been as serious as what has been reported due to what was seen on the sidelines on Thursday night. He also is a quick healer.

I wouldn't count them or the Steelers out just yet. Don't forget, any team can win on any day. I feel in the next 5 games tomorrow is certainly one of the hardest. It's hard for me to look ahead in football because so many things can happen from week to week in the NFL.

All I know is if we win tomorrow we win one of the most important games of the season. Home Game, Divisional. It will apply a little more pressure to the Seahawks and we are going to need every win we can get.

Exactly. I get the superstitious and mojo part of it but some people definitely take it too far thinking what they do and or say has an affect on the game.

Probably the same people who blame themselves for a loss if they forgot to wear their Cardinals underwear during the game.

They don't generally do it against the best team in the league, however.

This is the NFL and all it takes are a few bad special teams plays (like Butler getting a punt blocked)... don't believe me, remember when the Cardinals where not exactly too good and would beat great teams that where suppose to win by a lot :D
