Don't worry about Kevin Minter. He can't help playing behind a couple of league-average ILBs and a rookie safety playing out of position in his rookie season. He's goinc to be a top run-stuffing linebacker in the NFL and you can't have him on the field if there's even a glimmer of a pass in the quarterbacks eye.

Also: Jonathan Cooper has found his way into the starting lineup for 2 of a ps
Possible 32 games since he was drafted. So, fun times.

If you're going to keep criticizing Keim at least being up giving PP the worst contract in Cardinal history.

dead horse alert and specious argument on Cooper. Can't have a possible start if you're on IR. You're making it out to seem like he didn't have an entire year lost to injury.

Jake Plummers contract was probably the worst in franchise history if we're talking money vs production before or after. If you're talking about just dollars wasted, you're prolly talking Stewart Bradley or Kevin Kolb.

So is the board in agreement that Kevin Minter is a wasted pick, was dumb when it was made and is really stupid now? Because some of us took a lot of grief for that early in the offseason and were told we lacked courage in imagination for seeing Minter for the guy he was. If everyone's decided that Minter sucks, then we can all move on. But I'd like to hear some people say "we get it--Minter isn't good at football" because I had to endure a lot of "we get it--you have a personal problem with Minter."

As for Cooper--isn't availability the best ability? He's been physical unavailable for 17 games and been a healthy scratch for some 12 more games and a non-starter for 2 more. NOTHING about Cooper so far can be spun into a positive.

I looked at the draft history for various teams and surprisingly everybody is pretty much the same. I was expecting to see the perennial powerhouses draft better, but that isn't the case.

However, since we are piling on Keim, let's address these one year contracts. They fill a hole for a year and then have to fill it again the following year. And of course this being football, there will be new holes fill every year.

Who cares?? Everyone knows he's a bust. We get it. Kinda overreacting IMO because you were 100 times more negative on the Darryl Washington pick than that of Minter.

That's what you will get when you are paying a WR double the amount per year that he should be earning! That's on Graves not Keim.

Running stuffing ILBs who cannot cover are about as useful as a traditional fullback now

We had ZERO run stuffing ILBs out there as well as ZERO ILBs who can cover. I actually want to draft mostly linebackers this upcoming year...hope it is a good class coming out.
