PFW draft book says he has size and was a 4-yr starter and has good base strength.a #3 TE type.

Awesome pick at 7. Now we don't have to carry a third QB. See ya Hoyer and Lindley.

Get that kicker from Oklahoma State and we won't need to carry both a kicker and a punter as he does both.

Two roster slots open up for extra special teams players or backup Oline or rotation DLine.

Great info thanks.

That would be great to have one player handle 2 positions on the team. Of course this would allow us to carry one more player at another position on game day.

I suppose you saw this:
Jefferson went to Rutgers as one of the top 20 quarterback prospects in the country out of Florida

Imagine a 6'6" 255lb emergency QB. He'll be like the time out great basketball coaches always have in their pocket when they really need it.
