:lmao:

Yea I wouldnt have chosen to watch it personally. But my teenager asked me to take him. I did. Was very slow no doubt. but I just put my mind into teeny bopper mode and I'm good to go. :)

unless he spent a good portion of the time flirting with girls in line it may be time to have a discussion about priorities and exactly when you should call in favors and for what purpose

a teenage boy shouldn't burn one on just watching this flick

Hey, the teenage boys were just there trying to get some, I bet. What's wrong with that? About all they'd have to do is say, "I named it Edward and it glows in the dark" and those teenie-boppers would be fighting to kiss a teenage guy's little vampire :D

My opinion is that it will be one of those series that, years from now, everyone who drooled over it will look back and be ashamed.
This is the NKOTB of this generation.

My wife loves the books so I took her to see it this weekend. It was alright. Kept me entertained. I actually enjoyed the tension created as the wolf guy tried to win the heart of the chick and steal her from the Vampire dude.

Clearly it won't win any awards but was a good enough popcorn flick.

It was good, I liked it.

Jane wasn't nearly, not even remotely, scary enough. That b is a powerful sadist in the books and was too tame in the movie.

The last two movies should be very good; I liked those books best.

I finally watched the dvd last night with my wife. I guess I am on team: 'I don't get it'.
