A 1st, 2nd, and 3rd pick for Boldin, and a 4th, and a 5th for taking Curtis off thier hands.

NO WAY

Cody - I don't mean this in a mean way but why are you a member since 05 yet all of a sudden the past week feel the need to post 50 or so items - 45 or so which are just way out in left field?

You might have heard this on KTAR but this might have been one of those things that you let go in one ear and out the other. Expect alot of people to be like WTF? with these kind of proposals......

The last thing we need is another WR. How about Q for Sheldon Brown, a second and a third?

Philly has ten draft picks (2 1sts, 2 3rds and 2 6ths) and they have a 1-2 year window with McNabb, Westbrook, Runyan, Thomas and Dawkins before they have to rebuild. If anyone is gonna overspend this year to get an impact player or two it should be the Eagles. I say we tax that ass.

I don't think Philly would make this trade. A friend of mine is close friends with Mark Whipple, one of the Philly offensive coaches (Whiz's ex QB coach in Pittsburgh--who has just been hired as the OC at University of Miami) and Whip could not have been more effusive in his praise of Kevin Curtis...and said that the entire Eagles' staff was raving about his abilities. We saw in the Championship game why, as Curtis had a big game...save not being able to catch the last pass that he looked slightly interfered with.

Boldin would be a perfect compliment to Curtis and Jackson, no question...and anyone would take Boldin over Curtis...but because the Eagles think so highly of Curtis and they are totally enamored with Jackson, their WR situation is looking alot brighter these days. In addition, Jason Avant has been a productive slot #3 WR for them.

Curtis scored 2 touchdowns to Boldin's 12. Your love affairs with mediocrity(coughcoughBSPcough) sometimes amaze me.:D

Another team I think could be a trade partner is Tampa. Didn't I hear something about them wanting to become better offensively. I wouldn't mind their #19.

Eagles just gave Curtis an extension the end of 2007. Eagles would take a huge cap hit if he was to be traded. His contract would also cost us like 4 mill a year. The Eagles gave him an incredibly stupid contract for a guy that has something like a career high of 60 catches or around that and is not known for scoring TD’s. I like the guy but the contract they gave him was plain old dumb and overboard.

Since we're throwing out crazy trade ideas: How about a signed Fitzgerald helmet and Lance Long for Curtis.

Does this helmet come with a letter of authenticity?

Pass. Lance Long is a future #2 receiver if he ever makes it off the PS. Make them throw in a 1st.
