FYI: I paid off the loan this morning.

I screwed up on the ticket pricing.

I was too high, so we didn't sell a lot of season tix, but I just lowered it a bit and we should start getting individual day sales starting tomorrow pretty well.

BTW - I am going to wait on sending out new contracts until Day 1 of the season in order to maximize the expansion of the stadium. We have quite a way to fully build out the new sections and I want to get this done before the season starts to maximize our revenue.

Okay. I just did more than $6 Million in stadium expansion.

I built out the stadium totally until next offseason. We have 39,240 seats.

Tomorrow I will start dolling out contracts and put some money in the team EQ fund.

To build out what we have now for next offseason, we need $8 M less $1.5 in loans we can get = $6.5 M.

So I need to run a matrix for the concessions and balance of the tickets to see where we will be.

I just dumped another $2.5 Million in new construction for visitor's side upper deck.

We have $4.5 Million to go for all offseason construction to fully build out what we can this next coming offseason. With a $1.5 Million loan, that only leaves $3 M that we actually need.

When we get the cash, I will dump it into construction with making sure we have enough to cover daily salries.

Each team can set aside cash into an Equipment Fund and allocate each player an allowance to draw from. Sorta like having a debit card with limits.

Only the owner control this.

The beauty is that players wouldn't need to take hits financially when upgrading equipment and owners won't have to reissue salaries (w/ large bonuses).

The Knights have it set $100k for 3 players and the rest $50k - while keeping about $350K in the account.

Whatever JKF figures...don't forget to adjust the money draw to come from the equipment fund first. If it comes from players - that'll affect their "intense" training option.

Its now set to draw first from the Equipment fund...then the players bank account.

I dumped another $1.5 M into stadium construction.

Now, this next offseason, we will have the entire 200 level built except for the Visitor corners - 232-237 and 216 - 221.

I will probably grab the loan in the offseason to build one of those sections and see what our cash flow is like for the last one.

Total amount I have paid for so far for next offseason's construction (build new sections):

Amount I paid this year for stadium expansion (add more seats to the newly constructed sections in this past off-season):

$7,175,000

Total amount invested this season for stadium upgrades:

$12,175,000


So...what does this mean for next season?

Well:

1. I will dump a bunch more money into stadium expansion (add more seats) for the newly-built sections and then finish constructing the stadium.

2. We can put a whole hell of a bunch of money into equipment funding and make sure everyone can upgrade accordingly.

3. We can even increase the contracts to let everyone train on intense so we can beef up our builds.

4. I really think we can make a run for the title next year as a result.

Bought 1 more section for $1.5 Million.

We only have 1 more section for $1.5 Million to finish the 200 level. This will be as far as we can build until we reach the (2) 300 level sidelines in the offseason after next offseason, which can only be built after we build the 200 level.

So, I will take the $1.5 M loan at the end of the season to build the last 200 section an then dump a whole lot of cash into the expansion (adding seats) to these new levels. Then we will really be rolling in the cash. I think I can afford everyone fully upgrading all of their equipment and training on "hard" next season.

This plan is really coming together nicely.

Just for clarification - are you saying don't expect any financial equipment help from the Czars for the rest of the year?
