Last night I asked the Owner to get a $1 mil. Construction loan to build a second section.

When we see the actual date of the last day of this offseason - we need to stay coordinated and let pariah know to put it on his calendar to avoid getting hit with high interest payments. *This is really important - so please everybody help.*

We have already spent $1 mil on the first Section. Here is where the rest of the money has gone.

Thats a total of $1.74 mil towards new seats invested during Season 2. At the start of Season 3 we will probably kick in $1 mil minimum during the season.

Last year we generated $3.2 mil in ticket sales and $708k in Concession sales.

Hopefully we'll be able to at least double both.

Take out a Loan
We offer one type of loan, outlined below. Taking out a loan should not be taken lightly, as it carries a very high interest rate, and must be payed back within 40 days. You cannot pay the loan back early unless you pay the entire balance at once.

Your team can only carry one loan at a time.

If you miss two payments in a row (11 days delinquent), your team will be seized by the league, so make sure you can pay your loan!

When we know the last day - we let Pariah know so he can take out a construction loan to build us a section. It will $ave us money and be ready by game 1.

Admin Announcements
Off-season is upon us. You may make roster moves starting on day 41. All moves that would normally cost chemistry will cost -1 chemistry during the off-season.

You can boost all players and build stadium improvements that count for season 2 all the way up until the last day of off-season. We'll make an announcement when we're sure of the day that the season will start, but it will probably be between 3 and 6 days.

Season 3 is here! Day zero gives you a chance to boost, gear up for the season, and for team owners to check out their fancy new stadium upgrades.

Schedules will be generated sometime in the evening/afternoon of day zero, with season ticket sales being processed shortly thereafter.

Note that there will most likely be another team release, region Canada, level "A" in a week or two after the player market has settled a bit and some more new users have joined. Make sure you new team owners check out the D-Leagues for talent! There are plenty of players there to fill out your teams that will be better than any CPU's.

Cuz we didn't make as much money as they did last year.
Cuz they took out a ma$$ive loan that put them over $300k in the hole.
Cuz our priorities are a bit different to balance both stadium construction and players bonuses.
Cuz they also had guys that played this before and knew what they've been doing since last year.

I'm just glad we got 2 sections built...so we could sorta keep up with the elite teams.
