I had 2% greek yogurt with maple syrup. No coffee. Day 8 of no coffee. Gives me a slight headache just thinking about coffee.

How different is Greek yogurt from, say, Yoplait?

Hard to say. Not as sour tasting. Might cost a little more. But TJ's has it for not too much. We get the plain kind and just add things like syrup or berries. Pretty good.

Hmm. May have to try that. The slightly sour aspect of regular yogurt is the main reason I don't eat it that often.

I don't mind it with sugar. The frosted mini wheats taste just fine.
