I like many of the current popular series / shows out, but if I had to pick one show that was my favorite it would be "How it's made" followed closely by "Mythbusters"

My wife and I like the show about the lobster fishermen on the Bering Sea. Never been a reality show fan until this one.

On TV right now: Rescue Me

No longer on TV: Carnivale

I have never been more fired up to watch a TV show than I was on Sundays for two seasons of Carinvale. HBO cancelling that show makes them bastards.

...venturing out from the Cards' board for a minute...

I'm completely obsessed with Smallville right now. My brother (who lives in Nashville) has been trying to get me to watch it for years, and lent me the first four seasons on DVD over Thanksgiving. I eventually started watching it from Season One, and can't freakin' stop. Watched all four seasons, then bought all five (available) seasons for myself, and am going to finally catch up with Season Six starting tomorrow night (reruns are starting).

Better late than never...

It's Lost all the way, but there are a few others:

Current:
Heroes
Real Time with Bill Maher
24 (although that's an iffy one)
Sopranos
Supernatural

Past:
Deadwood
Carnivale
X-Files
Buffy
Angel
Alias
ER
Seinfeld
Veronica Mars

I hadn't had a response to this.

However, after the finales for most of "my shows" it is hands down, Lost. Nothing else is even close.

Friday Night Lights and The Office are tied currently at a distant second.

Then Heroes.

Then Veronica Mars (which has really got me back into it in the third part of the season).

Then stuff...like Sopranos, then Entourage. Ugly Betty and Desperate Housewives I like.

I can't wait for the return of Big Love. I miss Rome dearly.

Season 6 DVDs come out in Sept. I am going to wait until then.

Does anyone else find it weird when someone goes to all the trouble to register, makes one post & then vanishes?

Nah, they're hired "marketeers."

It's the new wave of marketing--penetrating the message boards and blogs.
