Played decently as a backup when Leto Shepard was injured. Was rated way far down the list by PFW in their 2003 Draft Preview. Looks like Wis is keeping with the plan previous indicated. Would like to see a big time signing though.

Hood would be a great pickup! He is a young up and comer and would compete right away for the starting job!

I agree. I think that he would start over Eric Green.

Yep Whis said that we would add some depth in the defensive backfield but wouldn't go after any of the Big Ticket Guys. Hood and Holt would fit that bill perfectly. They could be signed to decent contracts and compete for a starting job.

If we sign those two guys then look for us to get 2-6 more free agents with an emphasis on the Offensive and Defensive lines.
