Zach Lowe has spent the least amount of time on the Sacramento Kings, just 24 minutes all season. That’s 0.5% of his podcasting. What’s even worse for Kings fans is that half of that time was in a chapter titled: “Unpacking the Disasters: Sacramento Kings and New Orleans Pelicans”. In addition to a conversation’s duration, I tracked its overall sentiment (again just based on the chapter names). The Kings’ 50% negative rate was one of the highest in the league, which makes sense for a team that is on track to finish last in the Western Conference, 14 wins below preseason expectations. It’s not the most negative Zach has been on a team though. That honor belongs to the
Memphis Grizzlies. In a much larger sample size (153 minutes), most of the content has been negative, while less than 10% has been positive (the rest is neutral). Here’s a sample of the Grizzlies’ chapter titles:
