You can import your own logo in any of the recent madden pc games.

Did you have to start the franchise over to do that or can you make that change during a running franchise?

If I have to restart, I'm going to make myself as a free safety with a single bar face mask.

I only had 2004, but IIRC you could not edit an NFL team's logo/colors/etc, you have to make a custom team then import the players.
