This pops up in my FB feed today......Remember when we were "good"? I know it didn't end well, but as we wave goodbye to K1, let us not forget that he was a source of pride for us during a short period of time. Thank God I'm not drinking because I think I would actually get choked up looking at this picture. Like an old girlfriend that never worked out yet you still love. Maybe one day we'll get back to this. :( One can only hope.

I enjoyed lots of moments of Kyler, it's just sad that after 7 years we're back looking for a QB. His height is what hinders him the most imo, if you can't see things then how do you know that they are there? Imagine him being 6'5" with his escape ability, total different QB at that height imo. He could actually see receivers in the middle of the field & be able to run.

I'm so bummed out about our season now, I don't even care if I watch the games or not. I watch if I don't have anything to do but I will not put things off just to watch them play like before. At this point, they're playing just to develop & for draft positioning, if they win, it drops their draft pick, however, I never want them to lose, especially when I watch, it's a tough thing really. I'm sure most of you on here feel sort of the same way. I'll hang up & listen lol.

Oh definitely! I'm so conditioned to it, I'll be in front of the TV as usual like a dumbazz cheering like we're 9-3 instead of 3-9. We're all abused spouses that won't leave.

Pssh, who needs height to see things? "I think I was blessed with the cognitive skills to just go out there and just see it before it happens," Murray said.

Sadly, sadness is a preexisting condition for all us fans of Big Red.

I was on top of the world too! But I’ve come to realize that winning during the regular season just gets you to the playoffs. The real test is in the post season when coaches and players are really tested to see who is ultimately the best. And we all know how that ended.

What's extra sad from that screen shot is the *** **** Saints are in the hunt and we're not!

That makes me want to punch my computer screen Philly!

If I didn’t have my memory upon which to lean, I’d swear that image was AI-generated phillycard!

True indeed, but you have to admit the ride was fun. We were literally winning every week. We're not the Steelers or Niners where a great regular season means nothing. We don't experience prosperity like that often.
