Yotes Raise $ for Hotshot Families

I love seeing this from the new ownership. Well done!

-$5,000 from the Coyotes alumni group

-$25,000 from the Coyotes players

-$135,198 from the Coyotes ownership group

In all, $165,198 was raised.

Head coach Dave Tippett called it an "unbelieveable, successful night."

yep ... I just wish it would have been advertised better ..... I didn't find out until yesterday afternoon and that was purely by accident when I went to the coyotes official page and saw they were doing $5 tickets for their scrimmage

would have been a nice event to support and take the family out to, but not enough time to get all the schedules aligned

still a pretty good result and they tied in many westgate businesses as well

I should have posted something earlier, but they did make a decent effort of getting the word out. I bought 4 tix but wasn't able to make it.

Apparently, Mayor Weires took a ride on the Zamboni to a chorus of boos from the crowd. I'm not sure what he was expecting. Politicians are something else.
