A New York baseball rivalry is being renewed this weekend in Queens.

The crosstown rival Yankees and Mets meet in the first edition of this year's Subway Series with three games at Citi Field.

We can't wait to see some of the big matchups on the field, especially Cam Schlittler vs. Juan Soto.

But before we talk what will happen this weekend, let's look back at this uniquely historic series.
