Yan Couto closing in on Borussia Dortmund exit - replacement already at the club

Yan Couto is on the verge of leaving Borussia Dortmund after the Bundesliga club reached a basic agreement with Serie A outfit Como over a loan deal, according to reports from Fabrizio Romano. The two clubs are now working to finalize the purchase option that will be included in the agreement.
