Bourne is very much like Mike a kid who worked his butt off and got better.

We have big WR's if we can get some of the toughness from Bourne and Wilson to rub off on Marv we might have somehting

What if they try to trade SF Michael Wilson and picks for Mac Jones? :shocker:

Nervous that we keep him?

I don't want MHJ going anywhere. I want to see him under a new OC.
And WR coach. Way too talented. Last thing I want to see him become a pro bowler somewhere else for magic beans. (Credit Stout)

I don't see any way they think Bourne is replacing Wilson he's 30 I think this is like year 10 for him. He's a very solid Wr3 who when guys were hurt has stepped up in the past for the 49ers. Tough physical guy. He's a bit on the downside of his career but not washed. Solid signing.

I really think the interesting thing is going to be Marv, if we're running something similar to what the Rams run on offense, WR's HAVE to block. Wilson can block, Bourne can block, Marv first 2 years was afraid of contact including blocking.

I think Wilson is our starting WR with Marv - everyone else is just depth or hope - I think we will extend Wilson
I think we will try, but I am worried someone else will offer him more than we are willing to.

It bothers me a deal hasn't already been done.
