FIFA World Cup contender Portugal has concluded its stay in Palm Beach Gardens, holding a final practice at The Gardens North County District Park in preparation for the tournament's knockout stage.
The park, off Central Boulevard north of PGA Boulevard, served as Portugal's World Cup base camp for nearly three weeks, with stars such as Cristiano Ronaldo drawing fans to watch the early practices.
The venue has also hosted other international teams, including England, who held a two-week camp at the park in early June to acclimate to South Florida's heat and humidity.
Last summer, Real Madrid used North County District park as its training facility for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.
Opened in June 2019, The Gardens North County District Park is at 5101 117th Court North in Palm Beach Gardens. It sits on 82 acres and can be access from either PGA Boulevard or Central Boulevard, through Shady Lakes Drive. It is adjacent to the Joseph R. Russo Athletic Complex and the Palm Beach Gardens Pickleball & Tennis Center.
The complex features 10 multipurpose fields built to FIFA regulations.
Portugal will face Croatia on July 2 in a Round of 32 matchup. It finished second among four nations in the group stage, defeating Uzbekistan and and securing draws against Colombia and Congo DR.
