Caitlin Clark’s massive error played a role in the Indiana Fever’s recent WNBA defeat.
After going on a stunning five-game winning streak, the Indiana Fever have now lost back-to-back games.
The Fever’s latest defeat was an 86-84 loss against the Las Vegas Aces as Caitlin Clark’s team failed to contain their opponents in an overtime thriller.

WNBA fans call out Caitlin Clark for mistake against Las Vegas Aces
The game ended with a stunning buzzer-beating game-winner from Aces’ Chelsea Gray. However, social media is buzzing with comments against Clark for her costly turnover.
Moreover, fans are angry at Clark for trying to earn a foul call rather than getting back on defense after A’ja Wilson took the ball away from her.
“Clark could’ve just played defense to save the game if she wasn’t trying to flop so much!” a fan wrote. While another fan added, “Serious question? How the hell did Clark fall like that???”
A third fan stated, “Flopping is killing the game I love.” Another fan chimed in, “Where was that Clark pass going? Who was it to, lmao!”
“Waiting for CC fans to complain she was fouled on that last play. Not that she’s trying to pass over the top of A’ja,” a fifth fan pointed out.
Clark going down immediately meant the Aces had a numbers advantage on the other end of the court, and Gray made the Fever pay for the costly mistake.
Overall, Clark had a quiet game; she did add 20 points, but shot an underwhelming 7-of-20 from the field, including an abysmal 2-of-10 showing from the three-point line.
