Wisconsin landed a commitment from Oklahoma State transfer wide receiver Shamar Rigby on Sunday.
Rigby entered the transfer portal last week after one season with the Cowboys. He previously began his career at Purdue, joining the program as a three-star recruit in the class of 2024, ranked specifically as the No. 761 overall player, the No. 104 wide receiver and the No. 104 player from Florida. He appeared in 12 games as a true freshman, totaling 11 receptions and 113 receiving yards.
The 6-foot-4 receiver improved those totals as a sophomore at Oklahoma State in 2025, finishing with 25 receptions for 351 yards and a score. He now joins the Badgers with two years of eligibility remaining.
Wisconsin is working to reshape its wide receiver corps following the departures of Vinny Anthony (NFL draft) and Trech Kekahuna. Rigby could immediately factor in as a key option for transfer quarterback Colton Joseph, with the team looking to improve its No. 132-ranked pass offense from a season ago.
