Wisconsin appears to be losing another one of its reserve forwards to the transfer portal.

Riccardo Greppi is planning to enter the portal, according to an Instagram post he shared on his story.

Greppi, a 6-foot-10 sophomore from Lecco, Italy, was on the Badgers for two seasons and lacked significant on-court opportunities. He had 38 minutes in 22 games in his UW career and scored eight points.

Greppi will have two years of eligibility remaining.

He is the second UW player to announce his intention to enter the portal, following fellow backup forward Jack Robison. Robison similarly saw the court sparingly in his two seasons in Madison.

Forwards who could return for the Badgers include Nolan Winter, Austin Rapp, Aleksas Bieliauskas and Will Garlock. The portal will officially open on April 7 and remain open through April 21 although players do not need to commit to their new schools during that timeframe.
