Willamette softball player Kynslee Mauch is the winner of the Active Chiropractic high school girls Athlete of the Week, as voted by Register-Guard readers.

Mauch went 2 for 3 and drove in a run March 31 in an 11-8 loss to Sheldon.
Mauch received 63.09% of the reader poll votes. Marist Catholic softball player Sophia Lydon was second (26.6%).
Here are the other nominees.
Sheldon senior Soraya Dorsey went 3 for 5 with a home run, a double and two RBIs March 31 to lead the Irish to an 11-8 win over Willamette.
Churchill senior Addison Kleinke uncorked a season-best long jump of 18 feet, 8 inches to claim first place. Her mark is the third-best in the state this season among Class 5A athletes.
Marist Catholic junior Sophia Lydon went 3 for 3 with three RBIs March 30 to lead the Spartans to a 15-4 win over Newport.
Lydon also threw five innings on the mound, limited Newport to two earned runs and struck out five.
Thurston sophomore Taylor Suiter clocked a winning time of 50.36 seconds in the 300 hurdles April 1 at a dual meet with Churchill.
Suiter's time is the seventh-fastest in the state this season among Class 5A athletes.
