I'm better than Mulli!
Feel bad for him and his family. Feel elated that he won’t anchor our cards to more of what we experienced this season. Let’s move forward and hopefully finally find the great long term solution we’ve never had.
I don't know about the "talented young qb" part of thatKent SomersVerified account 16m16 minutes ago
Cardinals job is attractive. Talented young QB. Important pieces in place on defense. 1st pick in draft, priority in waivers, $65 mil cap space. And improving on 3-13 year one shouldn’t be hard

This may not have been a playoff-caliber roster, but the talent on it is far better than 3-13. Wilks contributed nothing to this team.
I never feel bad for someone getting paid millions being fired who coaches or plays a game. He'll be fine going forward. I feel bad for people living paycheck to paycheck who lose their jobs.Feel bad for him and his family. Feel elated that he won’t anchor our cards to more of what we experienced this season. We? Mikey has deep pockets! So how much money do we owe this guy?
Links PLZMany pundits critical of Cards getting rid of Wilks after one year. Saying he wasn't given a fair chance. They aren't lose enough to see how overmatched he was or don't want to see it. Although Keim should have went with him in my opinion.

Coach changed the defense...that's on him.Watching NFL Network panel. The Aftermath. All in agreement that the Cards had injuries, first year QB and a new defense. Unfair to expect success with all of this going on.

Just leaving that alone would have probably kept the games more respectable.

There's a difference between "success" and "not being the worst offense is 25 years."Watching NFL Network panel. The Aftermath. All in agreement that the Cards had injuries, first year QB and a new defense. Unfair to expect success with all of this going on.
LOL. Not as many injuries as past years. Regressing first year QB because they didn't have a high school offense and the coach who it was unfair to... doesn't have the knowledge to do anything about it (now or future). New defense that might take half a decade to change to when it really wasn't superior to what we already had (needless change).
Bidwill and Keim listened to his 2019 plan and said... nope.
Then again I don't expect them to know much because they sure didn't pay attention and talk about us during the season.
Different levels of empathy. Failing at your job, no matter how much you get paid, hurts. And being publicly humiliated hurts as well. If he’s got kids I guarantee they get teased for this at some point. It never hurts to understand another person’s pain. Doesn’t make sense to save empathy only for only the truly worst off.I never feel bad for someone getting paid millions being fired who coaches or plays a game. He'll be fine going forward. They weren't watching. We are back in the age of mass media ignoring the Cardinals for the year and then weighing in on them acting as if they know what was going on.Many pundits critical of Cards getting rid of Wilks after one year. I don't agree with them. Shocked they knew so little.
Wow. Maybe consider the context of saying "I feel bad for someone", we are a football message board talking about a coach being fired. Pretty sure everyone is aware that he makes millions and isn't in real financial straits because of this.I never feel bad for someone getting paid millions being fired who coaches or plays a game.
