Former Colorado Buffaloes five-star offensive tackle Jordan Seaton headlined a flashy offseason for the LSU Tigers, arriving in Baton Rouge as one of the nation’s most coveted transfer portal additions.

The 22-year-old, 6-foot-five, 307 pounder has already established himself as one of the nation’s top young offensive tackles, bringing two years of starting experience and elite athleticism to LSU’s offensive front. His arrival gives quarterback Sam Leavitt a proven blindside protector while also strengthening the Tigers’ rushing attack. LSU needed a dependable left tackle more than ever, and Seaton fills that role immediately.

Elite offensive tackles are difficult to find, making the transfer one of Lane Kiffin and LSU’s biggest portal wins of the offseason. If Seaton performs up to expectations, he’ll impact nearly every offensive snap and could be a major reason LSU fields one of the SEC’s most explosive and balanced units heading in the 2026 season.
