'Could be pressure from the front office. Marketing UPTOwN made him the face of the organization. He didn't have to work for success.

Ironically, he is the only position player who has a secure spot in the order. It must be driving Gibby crazy that he can't bounce Justin around the batting order as he does with the rest of the offense.
