I wonder how these highly successful people ever survived to make to the NFL with how much the suck at their profession.

I’m not really defending these people nor am I saying that injuries, time or circumstances don’t affect us all.

My point is, we don’t need to trash people on their way out the door.

We seem to hate the ones that we should love the most. (Except Amos)

Nobody is saying he's a malcontent but the risk is there considering what he did on the sidelines last year with NO.

He's made some boneheaded decisions, clock is ticking on Keim. This league is a "what have you done for me lately". Keim cannot live off his laurels from years past, he needs to sustain the success of the team.

I'm not sure people think he sucks, he's just not worth the money he's about to get paid because his talent has degraded because of injuries.

BA was stubborn but he also happens to the be winningest coach in Cardinals history. I'm personally mourning his absence from the team but I'm excited to see a different perspective being brought from our new coaching staff.

Yes he does. It's fitting he signed with the worst team in the league.

A little less than half the people listed are still on the team. Nobody is trashing anyone except for maybe Amos. I have an emotional investment in the team's success, not the player or coach. I see nothing wrong with criticizing players or coaches, they're not infallible and this is a message board.

All the people u listed are succesfull people in what they are doing but doesnt mean they cannot be subject to criticism
like all the human being they have strenght and weakness and obviously is

The bigger the decision the more discontent some people will be. But not but a few individuals are capable of making a big decision. The weaker ones watch or simply stand by while others reach for the golden ring, mainly because they are afraid of being wrong. Doing nothing is many times doing the wrong thing even though it looks like you weren't involved with the action in any way. I guess what I am trying to say is that the people who are willing to make tough decisions will get criticized more than others who never seem to.
