Let`s see now. What`s wrong with all the top players:
Carson Palmer QB-ONE year wonder
Charlie Rogers WR-trouble with a urine test
Terrell Suggs-too slow,too small
Andre Johnson WR-bad hands
Jimmy Kennedy DT-too fat
Dewayne Robertson DT-Didn`t play at a Big powerful football powerhouse. Not a fancy choice.
Terrence Newman CB-too old (25) too little
Marcus Trufant CB-not as good as Newman,Picking a CB in round ONE(reminds people of the Tommy Knight mess)
Byron Leftwich QB-too fat,too slow,too immobile
Kyle Boller QB-one year wonder
William Joseph DT-too much like Wendell Bryant
Rien Long DT-too white,too tall,not athletic enougfh
Kevin Williams DT-DE- ????
Jerome McDougale DE-too short,too dumb
Larry Johnson RB-not needed,straight-line runner
Michael Haynes DE-not a great pass rusher, just a solid all around player. Not a hotshot pick.
Jordan Gross OT-not needed
Kwame Harris OT-not needed
Chris Kelsay DE-too white,Another DE who has a solid all round game who would not be a pass rush demon.Too much like KVB
EJ Henderson MLB- not a big area of need
Jonathan Sullivan DT-solid DT,just not a exciting pick.

So who`s it gonna be gang?Since nobody can agree on Suggs or Leftwich or anything else let`s hear who you think will be the pick.

I think it will be either Robertson or Trufant.

Picking only one, I'll say Trufant.
Trufant's a player. I'd be happy with the pick.

I'd rather have the DT though. Bryant and the rest of the line need him. I think he has more impact than a CB for our team.

You're right, they all suck.

Let's just keep passing on our pick until all of those guys are gone! :D

Now for my real guess....Suggs. It was obvious to me months ago that he'd be the guy if we could get him, and nothing has really changed.

If you look at this rational, the logical pick is Suggs.

1. He's one of about ten players good enough to justify using a #6 overall pick on.

2. He fills the team's biggest need.

3. Being an ASU fanfavorite, he's going to sell more tickets than any other player that the Cardinals could draft.

Best of all, he's not "too white"!

#3 is such a bunch of crap as far as I'm concerned - there will be no noticebale difference in ticket sales if Suggs is on this team - did ticket sales skyrocket when Jake was deeemed starter his first game against Tennessee way back when? No they had like 34,000 at the game - the same number for every game unless the Cowboy, Raiders or Packers come to town. And Jake was a God in this town. The only thing that sells tickets is wins period and considering this team is not built to win now, get a possible stud QB for the future and continue to build the defense through this draft and next year's draft and free agency. That way - next year or the year after, when MCaddley, and whatever other trash we have playing reciver have a year or two under their belts, and we have actually signed some guys who can play defense, leftwhich could possibly come in and lead this team to the playoffs and dare I say further.

Is there anything you like about this team?
