I recommend you give credit to Gee! for the thread idea: http://www.arizonasportsfans.com/vb/showthread.php?t=104996 or he'll probably come in this thread and say something inflammatory.

Anyway, Ill vote for Mario Bennett, since I was young at the time and his nickname was "Super Mario", thats all I needed to know! :p Plus, he was here during some minor success for the team, a rare thing indeed.

Steven "Headache" Smith anyone?! HaHa completely kidding! I'd have to say either Mario Bennett or Eddie "money"/House.

That white guy who played with Eddie House. He was a good shooter and spent some time after ASU playing in Europe I believe. I don't remember his name, but I took a picture with my as a little kid. :p

Byron Scott.

Some others would have to be Tommy Smith (great guy on and off the court), Isaac Austin (took some classes with him at ASU), Eddie House (incredible scorer), Mark Carlino (more of a football player moonlighting as a basketball player, but he was cool in the ASU basketball camp I attended)...

I'd say Byron Scott.

Was slammin Sam Williams ASU or UA? Think it was ASU but that was a long time ago my memory is fading. He was a jumping jack forward about 6'7" that dunked on everyone, not a great player but really fun to watch.

He was an ASU player. That was probably the most talented ASU team ever, but they did squat in the NCAA's.

Funnily enough when I first asked that question I typed in was that Pac 8 or Pac 10. Then it dawned on me that the pac 8 BECAME the Pac 10 by adding the Arizona schools.

Memory is fading!@

Williams played for the Warriors briefly IIRC.
