Drake Maye has rapidly ascended the hierarchy of NFL quarterbacks as his New England Patriots sit a win away from the Super Bowl. Ann Michael and Drake have been dating since their middle school days in North Carolina and eventually went to Chapel Hill together. They married in June 2025, just before Drake's potentially Super Bowl-winning season.
At North Carolina, Ann Michael majored in Business Administration and served as vice president for the Kappa Delta Sorority. She was in Chapel Hill with her brother, Tad Hudson, who was teammates with Drake before transferring to Coastal Carolina.
Ann Michael's baking series and Drake's success on the field led to Patriots fans giving her the nickname "Queen of the North." She has parlayed her TikTok popularity into a show on NBC Sports Boston called Beyond Bakemas, where she invites guests in the Patriots sphere to bake with her. So far Ann Michael has brought on Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy and longtime New England center David Andrews, and if the Patriots win it all, perhaps we'll get an appearance from Drake himself.
