The 2026 season of the AUSL started on Tuesday, and OU is tied for the most former players competing in the league.
With 12 players on rosters across the AUSL, and 10 active for the season, the Sooners share the top spot with UCLA.
The largest Sooner representation is local, playing for the Oklahoma City Spark. The Spark opened its season on Tuesday against the Texas Volts, clinching a 13-5 opening day victory.
OU has at least one representative in all six teams competing in the league.
Ailana Agbayani is the lone 2026 graduate to make it to the pros, receiving an AUSL Golden Ticket to secure a spot in the 2026 AUSL College Draft. She was selected by the Chicago Bandits in the third round.
The remaining players already have some level of professional experience to their names, some continuing with the same AUSL teams, others joining new franchises and some getting their first appearance in the league.
Former Sooner Amber Flores will also be serving as the head coach of the Oklahoma City Spark. Also for the Spark, Kinzie Hansen-McKinzie will be inactive this season after recently announcing her pregnancy. Jocelyn Alo, with the Bandits, gave birth to her first child in April.
Here are all the former OU softball players in AUSL rosters this season.
