After a momentous Game 3, the Detroit Pistons are set to host what could be a pivotal Game 4.
Coming off a 118-116 loss to the New York Knicks in Game 3 of their first-round NBA playoff series, the Pistons are looking to tie the series in Game 4 on Sunday, April 27.
The Pistons are back in the playoffs for the first time since 2019, and they’re looking to overcome oddsmakers and experts who see them as the underdog in this matchup.
The Pistons will host the Knicks for Game 4 of the series on Sunday at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit. LCA has only hosted two Pistons playoff games in its existence, both coming in 2019 during a first-round sweep at the hands of the top-seeded Milwaukee Bucks.
The Pistons are hoping to parlay their regular-season success against the Knicks (Detroit won three of four games against New York) into a first-round playoff upset. Detroit has not won a playoff series since reaching the Eastern Conference Finals in 2008, and at one point lost 14 straight playoff games between 2008-19.
Here’s how you can watch the Pistons for Game 4:
Every game of the Pistons vs. Knicks series will be broadcasted nationally. Starting with Game 4, no Pistons playoff games will be broadcasted locally on FanDuel Sports Network.
Best-of-seven; Games 5-7 if necessary.
